It is both a halter/hackamore/bitless bridle made with 6mm marine grade rope with 12 foot 10mm lead rope built in. No need for reins, your lead rope becomes your reins. So you can use it to both catch your horse, train them on the ground and then ride them. All with the same tack. It is the ultimate all in one tack.

The “Soft Rope Whisperer” is specifically designed for horses that are already trained. It does not have the 2 knots on the bridge of the nose which normally are used to enhance the “pressure / release” negative reinforcement style of training.

If you do get the Soft version and feel you do need some additional pressure when training then you can add your “Matilda” to your Rope Whisperer to assist with that.
